Let's be honest, the overworld isn't really much of an improvement over stages. The majority of stage-based gachas can add story just fine, and the exploration doesn't add anything because the rewards are just resources and equipment that you'll outgrow anyway.And the puzzles are fucking annoying because of the imprecise touch controls. I had to switch to the PC client to do some of these light-up puzzles. There's also the fact you're required to fulfill some checkboxes before you move onto the next area.At the very least, you should be getting the characters that you come across in the story like you did with Valen and the hamsters.

I don't know about the current state of AFK Arena, but I used to enjoy it a lot (spent like two years playing), but at some point I realized it wasn't fun anymore.Due to the afk nature of the game itself, the endgame didn't require any real skill, only lots and lots of grinding (it got worse when they added the pets mechanic, that's when I left the game), and the only way to get up in ladders or events to get good rewards consisted on just waiting for the whales to get bored and stop playing, so then you can occupy their place. It just felt like some kind of waiting room.Out of curiosity, does this game have the same issues? The first affinity level gives you 50 diamonds, and you can do it for every hero using only 1 affinity items you find in the world when exploring.Later affinity levels are a bit harder to reach, but you can get 200 diamonds from each hero and 1-2 invite letters (depending on the hero).44 heroes each giving at least 50 diamonds is 2200 diamonds. And it's not hard to achieve if you only use 1 item per hero since from the beginning of the game.

Rowan is important because he boosts Cecia's ulti so she can use it earlier, unless you need longevity in the fight. While Rowan is nice to have, I don't think you need to build him aggresively. I just got a bunch of lucky dupes, I wish I had Cecia dupes instead

Florabelle is really good, a slightly better sidegrade to cecia. The main difference is Florabelle ultimately does more damage, and has more anti aggro due to multiple summons, BUT cecia has slightly more AOE dmg with her summons attacks, as well as her imprison skill+leech defense.Though unless you already have mythic+ odie, korin, and marilee, I wouldnt recommend going for florabelles banner as the A rank pull rates on there are far worse than the other banners. Youre not going to hurt your account waiting for florabelle to come to the regular wishlist and start building her up that way. Its much more effective at this stage of the game to still go for supreme+ cecia through arena store/wishlist, while also getting more A rank for your diamonds worth.Only a new character on a rate up banner thats a boss slayer for most dream realms would I suggest to forgo the standard banner, as losing out on odie, marilee, korin copies is devastating in the long run. If the S rank rate up replaces one of those however, its a no brainer.
