Eventually, you'll want to get ouji-specific pants too though because more elaborate outfits will look kind of unbalanced with normies dress pants. I got my first ouji pants and vest but turns out my torso is too long, vest is somewhat too short and pants are not high waisted enough. I expected the pants to be not high waisted but is there anything I could do? Just get a different vest or pants to match? I know, should have planned it out better before buying stuff and measured lenghts of everything too.

Brand pants are typically very, very poorly constructed, the brands are pretty specialized in making dresses and blouses and so on, their pants are just shapeless tubes that you hopefully hide with a buttcape or long vest. You'll want very long, high rise pants so that you can pair them with lolita blouses and vests that are often very short because they're meant to be worn with a skirt or under a jsk, so they'll end at like.. your bellybutton. You want pants that reach your bellybutton, so avoid having a gap. Oftentimes even brand pants don't follow this rule and are inexplicably low-rise and look awful. For ageplay ouji sure you'll wear diaper shorts but the best of the style is leaning more towards vampire-prince than child-prince.
