What's the verdict?
>>10886985It appears to be some kind of playstation 2 controller
>>10886985pure unfiltered impeccable immaculate kino
>>10887006yes but does anyone have experience with this wireless verison
If it's yellow, it's mellow, if it's brown, flush it down
As far as I know there was not an OEM wireless controller for ps2
>>10887013I do, they're fine but the plastic has become a bit sticky because of the fancy matte coating
>>10887008based fellow sony gooner
>>10887036There was, the Katana, but they're very uncommon.
>>10887052Huh, didn't knew that, looks hella weird compared to the normal Dualshocks
i use extension cords for ps1/2 controllers
>>10887080I've had one that wasn't this, but was an imitation of it. It felt like absolute shit
Where can I buy a good quality PS2 controller that isn't covered with 20 years old cheeto grease.
>>10887424New old stock is your best bet
>>10887437Well just checked the prices and not even high I'm gonna pay that to some kike.
>>10887469I mean they did make over a hundred million systems so naturally they had to make a similar amount of controllers, some of which inevitably went unsold.
>>10886985>wirelessyuck
>>10887437Not really unless it's been stored in a dry climate controlled environment.
>>10887535You mean like the inside of a heat sealed clamshell package? Sounds tricky.
The ps1 and ps2 controllers are unironically the best of all time. I'm using a ds4 now only because it's the only one in production and has low latency with a pc.
>>10887594Very hopeful of you to assume no air could get in a brittle 25 year old plastic package
>>10887624>Heat sealed plastic clamshell packaging>Brittle, everLol, lmao. I take it you haven't handled these packages yourself; While I understand the logic of old plastic degrading, you would see far more damaged packages on the market if that logic was applicable here and yet I haven't seen even one. Have you?
>>10887661I've handled a few dozen, opened about half of them and funny enough none worked because they developed the same issue every ps2 controller does.
What's the best way to go wireless on PS2?
>>10887686Brook ps3 adapter
>>10887680>every
>>10887680Where in the world do you live to experience a 100% failure rate? Do you live on a coastline or in a jungle? Underwater?
>>10887686I use 8bitdo wireless adapter with DS5 and it’s kinographical.
