The hold is more of a station for the chief instead of seating for marines so I'm guessing it's sort of like your hub or home in Infinite? The landing gear is pretty neat but the back legs really struggle holding up the weight of the thing. Got a bunch of extra covie figures from the kid I bought it off too, so pretty happy with the purchase. How many figures can comfortably sit in the falcon?

Finished this today. Was such a fun build and it is monstrous in size. Way more fun than some recent lego sets I've built. Already snapped up the elephant, kinda had to pay too much to get it to new zealand and didn't want to wait incase it retired. At least I got a fair deal on the Pelican. I used to collect mega bloks halo when I was 15, about 7 years ago. I'll go find my old sets tomorrow and post some pics. I had some cool sets back then and some rare figures.

Certainly it's a challenge for anyone late to the game hoping to collect all of a certain armor type; Hayabusa was only made in a few colors and only in the original fig style. At least some of the colors have been available to buy on aliexpress, old stocks of factory "surplus".Curious about your "yellow" hayabusa's coloring, almost seems to be a mix of parts from the yellow and orange versions. I know you must have the orange cuz you have the Wraith it came with; Yellow came with the OG Pelican. Seems like your fix is a mix of parts from both, can confirm?

Today's haul, a number of things showed up at once. Kind of annoyed at myself for not paying closer attention to chang's picture of the drones, I would have noticed I was missing out on their wing casings and a bunch of armour bits, not to mention those weapons were supposed to be all covenant, but the shipping was free so ah well.

So this is the last year for Mega right? I only see Pokemon sets at this point. Can't imagine them keeping an entire imprint for one license. I feel like Mega is just about done. They'll either lose the Pokemon license and end Mega all together or rebrand the line as a dedicated Pokemon building block line. It was fun while it lasted.

the local wal shart clearanced what was left of their mega halo stuff. it was a few pic related for 8.50 burgers and at about a dozen hornets for 16 burgers.its really sad to me. I remember back in 2011 when mega blocks halo commanded a solid slice of the toy aisle. it was awe inspiring. cut to the last few years and it was literally just a few sets in the corner, below all the pokemon stuff (is the pokemon craze still going?). I doubt walmart will ever stock halo sets again (at least, not for a while), and target already stopped some time ago. its sad to see.
