Honestly, Elf+Luck*Rank 3 charm (with free training is 8 points spent) and 6 Level Ups to extend your lifespan to near immortality combined with elven aging is probably the best optimized build for instantly winning no matter what as soon as you start, and you also have enough points for a couple of stat purchases.
