I'm sure he's probably kept himself pretty busy over the years. Though as a huge fan of his work I do feel it is a shame that his designs aren't used more often.I'm also pretty sure the guy hasn't been forced to work in a Family Mart anon, if he can afford to retire (he's in his 60's) he might as well.

He also puts out artbooks and doujinshi every year. 6 Angels and ICE, though? I don't know what he was thinking there lol. I know ICE had a weird AKB48 tie-in. I'd also say ICE is worth watching because some of the vehicles were actually cool (like that weird pillar helicopter thing) and because it blatantly rips off Gundam for several important plot elements and climaxes.
