caffeine and sugar yeah i'm sure you can relax after that one

Read for two hours after waking up. Then read for two more hours at night before going to sleep.
>>
>>23317731
Sugar reduces stress. You’re unaware of this, because you sit on your phone or pc all day, instead of moving your body. If you walked for multiple hours each day, you’d inevitably develop an understanding of how your body reacts to food and exercise.
>>
>>23317777
that's why when children have sugar they're crazy & can’t listen in school etc
you need a lot of minerals to metabolise sugar

poor gambit, for my job i walk about 10 hours & i definitely know more about diet

6:00 wake up have a quick coffee and some bread with viande
6:30 wash my face
6:40 start taking care of my crops and shit around the dream cottage
12:30 wrap stuff and make some lunch
13:00 have lunch, chill with my pets
16:00 finish wrapping my shit have a smoke and another cup of coffe
16:30 take a quick shower
17:00 read, have some wine
20:00 exercise
21:00 have a hot shower
22:00 sleep

on weekends I would go back to town. Maybe some days I would have some friends over. Wouldn't add a partner. None I've met so far have been really into cottage and it shows when I start testing them into stuff that may be uncomfortable for some like taking a bus or going out of town to some rural area. Only one but I missed my shot back then and we were both too different from who we are nowadays.

Is no one on a literature board really gonna point out this middle schooler-tier fuckup?
>>
>>23317708
it's absolutely ridiculous. the amount of cocaine he takes in a day, combined with grass, and the maount of alcohol he's having, that alone should tip you off.
cocaine isn't that hardcore, at least for ADHD people. but smoking grass twice a day with the coke and the crazy amount of alcohol. and the fucking LSD. LSD lasts for 8-12 hrs and the effects aren't mild or really desirable to be combined with other drugs.
this would be the craziest saturday spent partying for someone really experienced, not chilling with some drugs at home trying to write. and even then it wouldn't be a weekly thing. I don't know anyone able to function who does this many drugs. the alcohol especially. this is like half a bottle of whiskey, a couple beers, a bottle of champagne, a couple shots... I can do stuff like mescaline or LSD or smoke grass and have a good time and function. I wouldn't do coke but I can believe it that this amount is possible. but to just combine it all in this timespan. you would be stressed out to get it all done. he would be drunk and high and coked out of his mind 24/7 if this was his actual routine.

Laid out, I really am lucky for the days that are close to this. Obviously it's never going to be my normal daily routine but I can get pretty damn near to it some days. Good thread OP.

1. Find a spot, the sanctity of which has been divinely revealed by the falling of a thunder bolt, the decision of a wandering cow to lie down, or some oracular direction.
2. Make it the centre of your universe. You divide this spot from the surrounding chaos by the constructive act of measuring out a precinct in accordance with astronomical observation.
3. Build a temple to the god who chose it for you. The temple is designed as a symbolic meeting place of heaven, earth and the underworld; as well a of the four quarters of the world.

On Sundays, I watch mass at 11 am if I can and play vidya and read books, music ends on Saturday evening. Once in awhile I might go out to a concert, I write ideas down in Evernote to compile into pdfs for others to read sporadically, or make tunes on my FL Studio/Audacity programs, once in a rare while I go out with friends to the park or out to eat.

That’s pretty much it.
