Immigrants imho are only one cause of the rise of far right, I also feel another is the downturn of prosperity, which stem from rest of the world catching up in industrialization and the median age rising up. It is not possible to sustain 1960s levels of prosperity when many more people are retiring and factories exist in Vietnam and Mexico.
