i tried dealing with an extremely lazy fuck who got hired, but i ran into a lot of issues with him working nights instead of days. he would show up, log into his computer, and proceed to watch anime or youtube videos for 8-10 year olds. any time i gave him shit to do, he would tell me that he "left it for day shift" if i asked why it didnt get done. i would usually give him shit to do that he would not do or would fuck up for the stupidest reasons, then higher ups would always come to me about it. even the higher ups would come to me when he didnt do shit i gave him to do.

Dear /twg/, I am probably going to start a new job soon. The HR interview is coming up where my salary expectations will be the most interesting part of it.
The position is kinda like an intern, you get paid by hour, so this is the number we will negotiate.

I interviewed with this company a few months back, where I asked for 23€ and they ended up giving me 19€/hr, which is an okay salary for the position. (I think 23 was a reasonable request)

Helps to prove scale of impact and justify Sr title. Secondly, as a senior, I don't see any mention of you leading leading a team, or working with others, which is huge. Even if you delivered something with 2-3 other people working under you, those data points are really important.

The formatting is fine, if its worth anything most of the resumes that get to my inbox are visually similar.

Do not mention your low GPAs. Just leave them out. No one cares.
Do NOT use "..." anywhere. Never do that.
Cut out the interests. No one cares. Instead use the space to list more relevant tech skills instead of using ...
Your soft skills need to be explained in your experience section. Right now you just list them but have nothing to actually back them up. Why are you a solid leader? Did you actually lead a team? Because I see none of that in any of your work experience.
Unless you are applying specifically to fully remote jobs, leave out the "Remote" from your Jobs.
Your last the jobs don't really have correct job titles. "Business Process Automation" is not a job title. Neither is "Automation QA". Not a big deal but it's just inconsistent with the other two.
The formatting of your BPA position is also not consistent with the rest.

If two applicants have the same score, the one without fake metrics will get the job, because he didn't need to rely on these to make himself seem as impressive as the other candidate. Of course if you have the exact same resume two times and one has vanity metrics (I actually like that term) and the other doesn't, the one with the metrics is gonna get the job. I'm not saying you should ever ever include metrics in your resume, just that it's better to use the space on something actually believable that makes you stand out.
