Fast metabolism = more hungry
Slow metabolism = less hungry
How to do it? I'm already not active and eat junk food. Am I doing it right? How long will it take?

Will not exercising slow it down severely?

Being generally inactive for a long time will crash your metabolism and you'll burn less calories along the way. Paired with a low calorie diet for prolonged periods will wreck it and you'll be very low

Just fast as hard as possible until you enter starvation mode. Your body will slow down everything to preserve vital organs. I don't recommend this btw.
