Literally just do hill runs/sprints instead. Builds a good amount of size - especially in the calves, which most gymcels are lacking in - and makes you shredded and fit as fuck. Much superior to squatting and the unathletic Will Tennyson build that squatting creates.
just do 5 sets of leg press + 3 sets of calf raises split among your other workouts
