Woolen Swiss field jacket. Cop or not? I'm Han Chinese, if it matters.
>>18110594Kek, don't
>>18110626He looks like a fashionable Aryan-Hyperborean man. I see nothing wrong with this.
>>18110628So true!
>>18110594long coats look bad on short guys, almost always, some exceptions exist ofc.stick to jackets that end at your waist. mid fly at the longest.
>>18110594move back to china first.
neofolk more like neoshit, lmao kys my man
>>18110594something like this but closer to the waist?
>>18110594I had one of these, there were metal belt holder tabs sticking out of the sides at the natural waist. very noticeable.
>>18110626clearly a southern chinese or SEA phenotype, if op is northern go for it. also this guy is just short with a big head, which already handicaps him, AND he styled it terribly
This style only ever looks good on whites, stick to your own militaria.
>>18111015to the extent they appropriated it the japanese pulled it off pretty well, but on the whole their faces are much less broad than the chinese which is part of what makes it look goofy. they also tend to be taller and more slender, at least the yayoi-descended ones
The non white cope is hilarious in this thread. Just like workerwear, it looks ridiculous on asians general, sea or nea.
>>18111032the guy on the left looks good though
>>18111015>>18111017>>18111032>>18110626Chiang Wei Kuo could pull it off.
>>18110626>2:1 shoulder to head ratioGrim
>>18110854a properly sized long jacket will look fine on an elvish manlet but not a dwarven manlet
>>18111032Are you joking? Those guys have insane drip.
>>18111003Is that so bad? Just wear a belt over it.
>>18110859The Han and the Europeans are the same race.
>>18111032uhhhhh pic not rel?
>>18110594kino
>>18110899you're brown
>>18111465Kek why do hancels cope so much? You are orientals like arabs.
>>18112221Orientals are Aryan.
>>18112250this so much this
recently bought some blue wool wide leg pants, trying to get a decent little Amish-ish/neofolk outfit together to wear working in my garden in the weekends and to the farmer’s market. should I just get a white/cream linen shirt to go with it? any recs?
>>18111032This dude looks like he would’ve been beheading American POWs during WWII. Absolute rice chad.
>>18112972Seconding this.
>>18110594fresh
>>18111465>han>not manchu jurchen siberian rapemuttactually they're the same thing so you're right no need to distinguish
>>18114386Why'd you bring it up, then?
>>18112972>>18113752Whitestuff linen shirts. I have several and wear them around the allotment when I’m gardening. You can take off the buttons and sew them closer in to make the cuffs tighter so they fit snuggly around the wrist.
>>18114528Thanks.
>>18111032Left is basic but acceptable, right is horrificI have some field shirts where tucking can be acceptable, but otherwise you'll look like a complete fucking goober
>>18110594If it didn't have epaulets you'd just look like some slightly higher than entry level office worker in the winter, and they don't add much other than a slight military aesthetic (obviously)If you can pull off vintage style coats its not the worst thing you could buy
>>18114769This. Either get an old one that’s military surplus or wait until Zara have a 100% wool one in their origins collection (they have this cope where they release a line of clothes made from mostly or wholly natural materials and only have a few collections each year in order to say they’re doing something about fast fashion and poor quality materials) to get one (relatively) cheaply. Otherwise be prepared to spend a lot. But it will be very worth it. That or learn how to sew (this is what I’m doing but I haven’t attempted an overcoat yet). It should be an investment piece that lasts potentially decades. I think my wool overcoat is one of my favourite pieces of clothing.
>tfw the two garments i made last year one is hanfu other is neofolk
>>18112221the guy on the left is chinese, look at his eyes
>>18115427Is that so?
>>18116141so it is
>>18114769>>18114823I recently thrifted a surplus overcoat and after dry cleaning it's almost like new. Not Kersey sadly but still 100% wool. Only thing I dont like are the "stuffed" shoulders but ehh
>>18110594>I'm Han Chinese, if it matters. You are Chinese, so get a Zhongshan jacket instead.
>>18116578Maybe I will.. but is that too political?
Do I look Aryan?
>>18110594That's not folky, that just looks like a ww2 uniform.
>>18116903Are you planning on looking like a bond villain?
>>18117267u look breadable
>>18117267Why is there such big overlap between twinks/trannies and nazoids?
>>18117374Maintaining the twink physique takes a fascistic level of self-discipline
>>18117267>jacket size US36S
>>18114528this was a great rec, i hadn't heard of this brand but i'm gonna pick up one of these, looks like exactly what i've been looking for
Threadfags…. You won… discord banned MVSE this morning. It’s over
>>18116903They were worn by both sides of the political divide, i had one once but i am a 6 foot white guy so i felt a bit weird wearing it, i wish i didn't get rid of it honestly, i have never particularly cared for what others think.
>>18116903Just get an US Wool jacket from the Korean War
>>18118294thank god. after knoch left that place was just straight garbage
Bumpo
>>18116578how neofolk is wearing a robe made out of the skin of my enemies
>>18110626What an absolute mogger.
>>18117267Do anything special to your hair? Also is that belt a separate of part of that jacket or did it come with it?/fa/ stamp of approval from me.
>>18120720>Do anything special to your hair? No, it's like that by itself.>Also is that belt a separate of part of that jacket or did it come with it?It's an old Bundeswehr surplus belt. The coat, on the other hand, is Swedish.
>>18120724No, it's like that by itself. So air dried basically? I think the belt is what really makes it come together nicely.
>>18120751>So air dried basically?Yeah. Isn't that the "default"?
>>18120754>Isn't that the "default"?Thought maybe drying, then brushing, or the other way around.
>>18120801My prcoess is like this>shower>wipe with towel to get most of the water out>comb it>ruffle it (optional)>wait for it to dry
>>18120803The way I do it is pretty much the same, except for the ruffling. I might try that, thanks.
