I have a similar hairline. You have 3 options.

1. Slick it back (no undercut or fade) with an emphasis on keeping length at the front. This will weigh it down and look flatter against your head.

2. Grow it out and part it at the center so your temples are covered.

3. If one of your temples is lower than the other, comb it over to cover the side that's higher.

I also have some weird alfalfa thing on yhe back of my head, idk if its two cowlicks. Back of my head the hair goes up. I never tried parting in the middle, only where the higher temple is at

That's the most common haircut used to hide receded temples. Make sure you go to a stylist who knows how to blend those areas instead of a barber, who will make it look like a mushroom.
