Among things, don't see these runway outfits as things you'll ever wear yourself or near you. Appreciate how much craft went into producing the textiles, the way they are cut, how they break historical rules. It's perfectly fine to "not get it" or feel any negative emotion towards these shows. It could be interesting to ask yourself what about it makes you feel that way.
