>bed in corner is a bad look right?
If you want to keep a gf, yeah.

Putting the bed in a corner means that there's only room for a nightstand on one side of the bed, which in turn means that your bedroom is set up for a single occupant. It suggests that the thot is a temporary guest rather than a fellow resident, and so she likely won't stick around.

the whole appeal of the entire space is being hard carried by the fact that its clearly an expensive apartment with nice wood floors, high ceilings, big windows etc... everything else is godawful, random tasteless art on the walls, guitars and bike parts strewn everywhere, everything is cheap looking besides the room itself.
>>
>>18092094
They look nice but not all that great. My apartment has them and there are spots throughout the unit that creak loudly. Wood also sucks at sound dampening so you can hear everything going on in the surrounding apartments. I used to live in a concrete building with tile floors which were ugly, but the quality of life was much better.
>>
>>18092335
I have creaky floors, they are just covered by awful brown carpet from some point in the 1980s. If i owned this place Id tear them out, but im a rentoid so i cant have nice wood floors desu

It's a lot cleaner and is a net time saver for a lot of reasons, anyone living in a small apartment should be doing it because they don't have a garage floor to be fucking around on, but have fun dribbling grease all over your bike and ruining everything that brushes up against it because god forbid anyone think you might take your bike seriously like some tryhard fag

>where else should i look for art

ill get illustrations from artists that i like, barring that.
auctions, flea markets, antique stores, even ebay... and same goes for furniture. this is how you get actually nice, solidly built and unique pieces that make your place look tasteful and appealing, it makes me sad when i see people with nice rooms and the same plain cookie cutter ikea furniture
best part is its usually cheaper to do this than to outright buy everything new. new couches can cost thousands and become worthless the second you buy them, whereas nice antiques retain value

God is raping me while I try to write in this thread. He rapes me until I'm screaming in pain every 2 hours. It's been this way for 5 years now. What raping me here does is, it's being used as a method of financial humiliation, because some of these houses are nice. So, he does this a lot. He uses rape torture and gaslighting comments. And, he does this at humiliating moments to make it sting more. It's not okay, and I hope by telling you people what he's doing, he will at least stop raping me. It feels like my body is being raped by a ghost. It is extremely painful, I scream and cry every day while he rapes me. He rapes me around every 5 seconds, this is a method to prevent me from relaxing. The severity of the rape goes up and down in response to what I'm witnessing. In my experience, writing it all out is mostly self serving. Because nobody is even reading this. And if you are, you definitely can't stop a wizard who can rape a Jewish man from thousands of miles away. Return to your scheduled programming where they lie to you goyim. Nobody out there knows what's going on.
>>
>>18097318
He's also been putting me into fear trances by forcing my mind to watch visions of gore while he tells me I'm having a heart attack. He does this when I smoke weed because a side effect of smoking it is paranoia. The result is my huddled up in the corner of my suite in paralyzing fear. He shows me my arms getting chopped off and threatens to do it to me over and over. He spent 3 months making it feel like my hand had an invisible knife over it and it was about to get cut off. I'm not sure what's happening in 3D. But, one things for sure. Nobody is even reading this.

I'm building a jungle room in my living room. High quality artificial grass and preserved moss on the ceiling. The walls won't be like this pic, but rather tiki tapa cloth with trim and black scorched pine 1/3 up the wall. The bar will be a V-shaped authentic Witco, but I'm not doing the Chesterfield sofa. I'm doing a velvet covered version without the buttons. Also, fog machines that lay down a dry-ice effect. Somewhat inspired by Graceland's, Jungle Room in that it's a functional living room and not a cluttered tiki room that smells like feet.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Don't bother posting unless you have a place that is architecturally unique. >replace it with the Pine Tree of freedom
I was thinking the Doug Flag. What's the Pine Tree Flag?
>>
>>18107098
I like it.
Throw that black face thing out the window and replace it with a clock or something.
I like the audio unit.
Finish the desk. It just looks like plywood.
>>
>>18106899
No idea, sorry anon; It was left at the house when I first moved in.

Those were my previous rentals, just moved into a two-storey five-bedroom that we're actually going to renovate and decorate. Keen as a bloody bean.
>>
>>18107098
I like this.
Good stuff.
>>

>If you're a girl it would give off the impression you were molested and have reverted to the mental state of a child.
So the female equivalent of a man child?
>>
>>18107103
>replace it with a clock
>a clock
shut up idiot

definitely get rid of it tho
>>
>>18101592
The leaf frames look cheap and the carpet does not work with a more vintage feel. Choose a decade and stick with it more. Otherwise I like the wall.
>>
>>18107098
Looks nice, I wish I had a deck. What country is that?
>>
>>18103144
Bigger the window, worse the insulation, hotter and colder it gets, higher heating/cooling costs. Same with higher ceilings.
>>
>>18107098
absolutely in love with everything right side of the balcony door.
personally not a huge fan of the colder, more yellowish wood on the desk and shelf which clashes with the gorgeous warm wooden floor tiles imo. i feel like a shelving system with built-in desk (whether a vitsoe 606, rareraw system000 or even something like ikea's elvarli) would work a lot better and bring the left half of the room much more in line stylistically with the right one.
either way definitely one of the best actual rooms i've seen in these threads
>>
>>18107508
The desk looks diy and made of plywood and some 2x4s. He could stain it I guess, but that edge isn't going away unless he adds banding.

I appreciate the feedback but no. It’s a Taro Okamoto relief from the tower of the sun, it’s very cute :)
>>18107508
Ironic you say that, the reason I have this shelving unit is because I needed something available immediately and wasn’t going to wait on getting a vitsoe(nor can I be arsed to install a full wall vitsoe) it’s an ikea ivar and my only complaint is it it’s not taller (parts were out of stock when I needed it)
Appreciate the feedback
>>18107316
I will be getting a clock at some point but it won’t live there, my gf just requires it to have actual numbers otherwise I’d just go buy a Arne Jacobsen one
>>

>The flag is a 48 star flag from the 40s, has been in my family since then
I was going to call you a phagget for having that distressed flag but that changes everything
cool flag, anon
>>
>>18101984
If you're a girl, I've seen it before and it's not that weird.
If you're a tranny, it'll be weird because it'll come off as a coping mechanism.
>>
>>18107532
Seems to be a very American thing.
>>18107552
Throw that shit out.
>>
>>18107727
why though? it's the only tasteful room itt. why throw out the whimsical art that gives it even more character?

please don't use this as a decorative feature in your living space.
>>
>>18107532
looks like poltard shit. im proud to be murican but having an american flag inside your home gives off a poltard impression as well.
>>
>>18107098
next time blur or black out the window showing the apartments and nature in the back. if someone wanted to they could find where u live from this. ive seen autistic posters figure that out from pictures with less than this
>>
>>18107789
Tbf I'm trying to find out where the fuck that is because the view is pretty nice for the city.
>>
>>18107786
I'm amazed that people have been lead to believe having their country's flag in their home is some how a conservative dog whistle and not just normal patriotism, present in every single country in the world.
Most people are smart enough to realize how lucky they were to be born in not-Somolia.
>>
>>18107799
well its not my fault crazy people do crazy things that have led to this.
>>
>>18107296
Kinda, though with man-children it's the lack of sex that does it.
>>
>>18091993
>>18091995
You're clearly just rich.
>>
>>18107799
Patriotism is bad because we're globalists. It's also bad because then you may come to think the state should serve the people when it's supposed to be people serving the state.
>>
>>18092008
>>18092014
i think the fact that there's a computer and a bunch of gaming shit is what makes it a larp more than anything else. atleast have it in a different room. there's nothing MORE distracting/autism triggering than an internet-connected computer where you can get mired into flame wars or looking at people you don't like.
>>
>>18107799
I don't need my country's flag in my home, I'm already in my country and I know where I am.
>>
>>18107789
Look, AI can now triangulate a location within 20 miles based on photos with 0 landmarks. If an autist really wants to find me that badly, they can come after me
>>18107762
It's okay if you hate modern art. I don't mind, but I would never throw this out; I can just sell it if I ever grow bored of it. But in the meantime, it looks dope and has a cool story behind it

>>18107776
Gf wants a clock, i was thinking of trying to find a Max Bill Junghans one, but they're a bit pricy for the ceramic atomatics
>>18107797
please no

pic unrelated, just a happy looking chair I found :)
>>
>>18108143
>Look, AI can now triangulate a location within 20 miles based on photos with 0 landmarks.
i'll assume this is a joke unless someone posts more information
>>
>>18108174
There was a dude on twitter who was doing geoguesser shit but was using an ai program he wrote. If some nerd can figure this out every government agency has this figured out by bow
>>
>>18107893
This guy gets it
>>
>>18108191
oh that isn't that scary, and it doesn't imply what you said in the previous post. still interesting though.
>>
>>18108229
by geoguesser shit I mean he was geoguessing anons photos on twitter using his ai program. So some rando would post a photo and he would show up in the replies and say where it was taken

I assume you have some money if you're looking at roche bobois, buying a desk that's ~1 months salary shouldn't be too much of a sacrifice if you're in Europe desu
>>

>5300 euros salary

Well to be fair I could afford it, but my europoor programming forbids it.
>>
>>18108754
>euros don't make ~65k a year
???? no way it's that bad
>>
>>18108757
You forget about the shit-ton of taxes we pay, I make 70k per year, after taxes I have roughly 47k left.
Mean salary in France is 1850 euros per month.

Are you guys genuinely retarded? It's not even a real image, it's just the first thing I saw on google. It has nothing to do with the point either way.
Have you smoothbrains ever left your country? Every country I've stayed in has had it's flag somewhere around inside, outside, on their cars, everywhere.
>>
>>18108960
>She isn't a child
But you posted the pedophile emoji
>>
Is the Herman Miller Eames based or goyslop?
>>
>>18109036
it's a little overdone because every self-appointed art director/creative person has bought a replica of this. a lot of people don't know how to style it and try to cram it next to other furniture pieces that are "hyped" (i was recently visiting a friend in paris who had eames lounge, wassily and barcelona chair all lined up next to each other without any idea how to style and fit them into the room). it's baby's first designer chair. there's a lot more interesting furniture you could buy for the same amount of money (or even less)

BUT
it's still a great looking, very comfortable chair (unless you're super tall) and a design icon for a reason. just go for something more creative than the overdone black + walnut look.

I am, because I'm amazed how dumb Americans are that they let people brainwash them into thinking hanging their country's flag is somehow a bad thing.
>you're missing the point broski. nobody cares about your point and your opinion.
If you didn't care you wouldn't have replied to me in the first place, and you wouldn't still be replying to me.
>you seem like an upset child who just wants to interrupt the grownups
Your obsession with thinking I'm underage makes me think you're projecting.

Without a blanket, you're just chilling on the couch. Add a blanket and now you're comfy.
