So at the very least you'll have to do more than regular Fantasy + Goblin.As for visual design, make her look interesting. This also depends on the tone, I suppose. If it's more comedic, you can get away with a pillowy, green shortstack. If it's more serious, maybe lean more on the monstrously cute side.
