If she can't appreciate a simple meal she's not worth the trouble. Steak, potatoes, mushrooms. Lots of butter. Maybe some scallops if you're in the mood.
If she's at your house she's getting drunk. Split a half size bottle of sparkling wine while cooking, be obnoxious and break out the MAPP blowtorch to get a really good sear and make a spectacle of things. Not hard to work in some stories while cooking. Make her do something useful even if it's just handing you the salt. Get her used to following commands. You don't ask how she likes her whatever, you cook it how it is best enjoyed. Wine or strong beer with dinner. Something quick and easy if you do dessert, berries and cream or creme brulee. Something bitter afterwards like amaro or negroni. Go for 5th base now.

The quintessential 3 piece date meal for me is a Greek salad with Caesar dressing and croutons, chicken Alfredo, chocolate pots de creme. If she's a regular, I have an app I know she likes ready. This weekend it was sweet chilled white and a plate of cheese and crackers ready to rock on the coffee table with a record going. it pretty regularly gets my dick wet before dinner which makes the rest of the evening very relaxed.

I buy flakes with no seeds included personally
but if you actually enjoy chewing on hard dry chili seeds and getting them stuck in your teeth great for you I guess? I would never serve that to someone though... it's disgusting and offensive
