The brand matters a lot. Don't go too cheap, they'll taste like shit. My favorite ones were Kirkland

We always have some in the freezer, though we buy Ralph's store brand. They're not terrific but they're great for tossing into a tomato sauce and serving with spaghetti. They're weeknight food.

>>
>>20441886

I literally made a meatball sub out of frozen grocery-store meatballs like two weeks ago. It was really disappointing, but in all fairness I half-assed it. I believe the meatballs would've been good if I'd made my own roll and invested more time in the sauce.
>>
They're great in the airfryer, you should buy an airfryer
>>
Shortcut to tasty spaghetti, or put in a sub and topped with provolone nestled in a bed of pepperoni or capacolla, chopped up and make a tasty lasagna filling. Chopped up and mixed with ricotta and sauteed mushrooms to make a manicotti filling, all kinds of things.

They sadly, will never taste like a real Italian hand rolled meatball. Mixed with lamb, Italian breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
>>

They're fine for when you want meatballs but don't feel like making them. Don't make a habit of it though, it's important to make meatballs
>>
>>20442064
idk I just tried some frozen meatballs and they are pretty good. I'd never make my own meatballs, so it's either the frozen ones or none.
>>
Me at balls
>>
>>20441852
I just buy the ones from IKEA
>>
Cou I eat the frozen in the same way you would eat frozen grapes?
>>
Always get Homestyle instead of Italian
>>
>>20441887
Anon. Answer slowly but truthfully. Are you at least 25? And do you own a computer?
>>
>>20441863
These are good, I like rolling them up in a paper towel, cooking them in the microwave, and eating with rice and some sauce.

>>20441913
They’ll refuse to exit until Monday at 12:01AM
>>
>>20441913
hopefully death for the offense of being a retarded frogposter
>>
>>20442700
they're exiting right now
>>
>>20441852
Add some Italian seasoning and they're perfectly fine for sandwiches or sketti
>>
>>20442906
do they not come with enough Italian seasoning already?
>>
>>20442914
No the ones I've tried are very bland. Idk if it's from freezing or what. Kirklands are alright without needing to be seasoned but I'm not paying $9 a bag for meatballs. I'll buy Walmart brand for $4.
>>
>>20441852
I would snack on these when I was at my fattest. Dipped em in barbecue sauce. Yum
>>
>>20441852
Not as good as freshly prepared meatballs, but they're incredibly convenient.
>>
>>20441852
Nigger
>>
>>20442571
I guess, if they're fully cooked. but it's not a good idea.
>>
>>20441852
Extremely useful for a quick sandwich meat or to add into leftover rice and noodles.
>>
>>20444404
Or to put into a quesadilla. It’s great when you want something more than cold lunch meat but don’t feel like cooking.
>>
they pretty much all have soy in them so I don't bother with them. it's amazing how powerful big soy is compared to corn or milk lobbies.
>>
>>20443005
that does sound great. i don't think I'll get fat off them but I'm sure I'll microwave some at 1am and dip them in sauce or make a sandwich
>>20441979
I don't have an air fryer, but I notice when I cook them in the oven they crisp up nicely. microwave of course just results in a soft ball
>>
>>20441863
Also great as a meatball sub
>>
>>20441852
its for lazy americans who dont know how to make a simple ball of meat at home for a quarter of the price. if youre eating that stuff i dont know what to tell you, but your culinary standards are extremely low.
