My morel spot has a shitload of ramps too so I'm gonna be harvesting both next Wednesday.

How'd you make the ramp salt?

I used a dehydrater and had them in there for I guess it was about 7 hours at 125? Then I put them in a grinder and then mixed with some high quality sea salt of a medium grain. It actually tastes great - I made a bagel with avocado and sprinkled ample

Also could be a nice gift to give to people it seems fancy and keeps a long time

Yea I was thinking it would probably be really good on a bagel with some cream cheese haha. Might give it a try this year, I have a fuckload of seasalt I got from Costco.
