Thawed out some beef for meatloaf but I am lacking ingredients.

Any creative ideas? Would like to avoid pasta.

Sadly /ck/ is too slow for in the moment recommendation threads, but try san choy bao some time. It's basically meat fried with soy sauce and sugar, shredded vegetables like onion and carrot, and fresh chilli in a lettuce leaf. Very crunchy and refreshing.
