epic thread. i hate cleaning sheet pans with shit baked on. Now that I'm here does anyone know of a product you could line a sheet pan with to keep shit from baking on

Heavy duty foil is a bit less thin and fragile when using your spatula to get your items off the lined sheet pan. For cleanup, you can't beat foil, just throw it away when done. I find nonstick sheet pans too dark, and not really that nonstick.

So, when it realloy matters that it doesn't stick to the foil, use parchment, or nonstick aluminum foil I will cover a dish of lasagna with nonstick foil, which keeps the cheese on top, without lifting it off.
