I got basmati and jasmine rice and a rice cooker. How much of this spice do I add? The tin doesn't have any English on it.

"Whole garam masala" is a thing, especially in briryani when you're steaming the flavours into rice. Most people pick out the whole spices when eating.

thanks fren I shall try it tomorrow. It's not easy to find since most recipes include making the chicken with it and some include yogurt etc, I'd rather do it separately.
