I was at a bar earlier and asked for a beer, said surprise me. Bartender came back with a Sour beer. I took one sip and my whole lips and face puckered up with sourness. "Who the hell can drink this straight" I thought to myself. "It tastes like I'm about to add water and sugar to make lemonade"

Then, I thought, wait a minute, that's a good ass idea. So I told the bartender, pour like half of this out, replace it with seltzer, then add simple syrup until it's sweet. And I have to tell you, it's just the damn best cocktail I've ever had. I want everyone to try this.
