Yes my photography needs a lot of work. The pork roast was seasoned with garlic clove insertions, rubbed with ground sage, salt, pepper, olive oil & onion juice.

true louisiana style would be primarily crawdads, i think the shrimps would be unpeeled. I don't think mussels are usually in there but i think you're within license. it also looks there should be more old bay, i can't see any remnants of it at all. They go apeshit with seaznin in a boil. Still looks great though, would eat.

It's mainly peanut butter, soy sauce, curry powder and oil

Charcoal octopus, it was cooked a bit in a red wine, onion, garlic, oregano mix and just finished on the charcoal.
