I'm Jewish and I probably eat more pork than you do. I like pork and pickles curry. You use mango pickles or mixed pickles for it. I like mixed because it's got amla in it, which is sour and delicious.

For chops, thick and thin cut both have their merits. For sausages, if you have a "European" butcher nearby, they can really up your sausage game. Germans are awesome but Albanians, Poles, even Greeks do some awesome sausages too. In the frying pan, it's smoked bacon (again, thick and thin both have merits), sliced or diced Spam, pork roll, and of course scrapple. (NOTE: pay attention when buying scrapple, "they" are trying to foist beef scrapple on us now.) Cold snacks? There's a whole world of salami, but I'm partial to Genoa for sandwiches, or that Boar's Head "salame" rolled in black pepper, munched straight-up. In beverage form, there are still a few traditional Pork Shake stands here in central PA, and a nice cold Pork Cream (extra chunky) with extra mustard really his the spot when you've been plowing the fields all day (spoiler, I don't own the fields, it's massively illegal but our county does not have the funds to enforce illicit plowing beneath 13 hectares).
