>43% of japs dont like american food>order kfc for xmas a year ahead of timethis chart does not seem accurate
>>20413454>Filipino > PeruvianI'd rather eat burnt guinea pigs than Jollibee.
peruvian food is gross. not just in texture but in presentation. weird cuts of meat that are either roasted or fried too long and arent pleasant to eat. hispanics always go on and on about muh seasoning but peruvian food all looks unseasoned and unappealing. unless of course you go to an american peruvian restaurant which its still overrated
>>20413927mmm appetizingi could go for some punta roso embargo de douchecaca right now bros!
>>20413454As the average person has no taste, I'd be interested in an inverted version of the chart, (i.e.100-whatever score is there). That's where flavor country likely is.
>>20413995Have you tried eating poop? The average braindead normie hates poop because they have no taste.
british cuisine ends up a baseline in this graph>if you're better, good for you>if you're worse, utter utter disgrace
>>20413454Most /ck/ posters are too stupid to read a graph properly so this thread won't get much traction
whomever doesn't like Korean food hasn't tried enough Korean food. There's something for everyone.

Idli are disgusting. Even Argentinian food, which is very mid, has highlights. Food is great and every culture succeeds in making tasty food.
The most interesting thing to be is both the UAE and Finland being in top 8 openness to other cuisines. would've figured both are fairly insular, or at least Finland would be. UAE benefits from being the least oppressive mudslime shitskin country in the region and are relatively more cosmopolitan than their neighbors so that probably explains it but I really am surprised by how high of an opinion Finns have of alternative culinary traditions. Feels like they would've been a lot more insular.
>>20413454What the fuck is Japan’s problem?
>>20413729>>20415194The Chinese are worse. They give no country a passing grade but their own. Even Hong Kong is sub-70 IE a failing grade. That's right: the "people" who brought you coof soup, eggs cooked in literal piss and boiled ox dick think pizza, Sunday roast with Yorkshire puddings and tacos de barbacoa de chivo are completely disgusting.Fuck mainlanders. I hate them so fucking much.
>Chinese people give Taiwanese food a 64 out of 100really makes u think
>>20415228Realistically, what more could Chinese living on an island contribute to Chinese cuisine? Like, would there really be a Taiwanese restaurant in mainland China?
>>20415228To be fair, Taiwanese food is heavily Japanese influenced and, as a result, quite bland compared to mainland or HK cuisine

Some of these are suspect. Like, why would UAE rate Saudi cuisine as 67 when it's certainly no different than any other cuisine in Arabia?
>>20415221culture is genetics, they only love their slop because its encoded in their dna
>>20413741I think the same. Ive read somewhere this chart is based on ratings on this foodie website, not actually people being interviewed
Why do the french love moroccan cuisine so much?
>>20415174Based food-enjoyer.
>>20415221No they aren't. They're far more lenient in the sense that they might only think their cuisine is 'good' going by this chart but think most others are 'ok'. They have far less red scores than the Japanese do, if you weren't blind you would see this. They only have one red, everything else is orange or yellow and light green. Half of Japan's ranking is deep red territory.
>>20415228Other than themselves, their only standout scores are from Singapore and Hong Kong. I mean Japan gave them 66 which is only two points higher than 64 and they fucking love taiwan and influenced their cuisine.
>>20416780Colonial foodIt's why Americans like Mexican food, and why we both like VietnameseBut these scores are bullshit
