Lolita aprons: practical, decorative, or costumey?

>>10911941I generally love aprons and tabliers. I'm not too fond of the organza ones. But a lace tablier for gothic really suits it imo. It's rare that I think an apron is too costumey. I think it depends on the choice of materials. Also personal preference. I remember an organza apron design that had little decorations between the two layers, when the model walked those decorations would move freely between the two layers. It was cute but bordering on costumey imo.
>>10911999Fuck off newfag.
>>10912009a question was asked and I answered it. I guess it's newfaggotry to not love organza aprons.

>>10911990I’ve always hated this kind, but I think a generic apron in white or ivory can look cute when on theme. Cafe themes are super cute, but I feel like when the aprons get too busy it just looks bad. Like a crotch print or something? And it distracts from the print at the border, which can make the coord look busy and messy overall. But people who are really good at coordinating can pull it off.
>>10911987I don’t think she nailed this coord overall and the it would look better without the apron, but she’s generally an example of someone who can break a lot of rules and still have a well coordinated look. I can’t remember her insta, but even not really liking sweet, I’ll admit that she has a really cool way of coordinating her looks.
>>10911941I tell you because I like you, but just be aware, most of the times an apron designates a housewife of the old or a slave
>>10912392>I feel like when the aprons get too busy it just looks badit's more like an unflattering overskirt at that point
tiny aprons make no sense with big lolita poof, i kind of love how absurd they are
>>10912430just a lil napkin around the waist
