You give good head?
if your dad works for a PE firm just join him. Otherwise give up, you'll never make it. Unless you follow anon's advice and give some crazy top
>>58430244>majoring in economics>looking for adviceget a different major, or at least double major in stats, or something stem related
>>58430244Law student here, would you like any advice on that front? The main thing if you want to work for a big firm and make top dollar is to go to a top 14 ranked school. The big firms do most of their recruiting from those schools. To get in ideally your undergrad is at an elite school, but if not that isn't the end of the world. The main thing is to apply with as high a cumulative GPA and LSAT score as you can possibly get, because for law schools their rank in US News and World Reports is God, and the only two data points for incoming admissions are cumulative GPA and LSAT score of the incoming class, so that will be at least 75% of what the school looks at, if not more. Work history, internships, your entrance essay, whether your undergrad is from an elite school, and recommendations will maybe make up that remaining 25%, if they're considered at all. So you should definitely pay for an LSAT prep class even if you get sticker shock from the price. Also be aware that law school admissions are done on a rolling basis and are opened roughly a year in advance, around September/October of the year before you want to enter. So start prepping for the LSATs in the spring of your Junior year of college, and apply to law school in the fall of your senior year the day that the schools you want to go to open admissions. Because if you get your application in ASAP you will have a higher chance than if you wait a few months.
>computer science seniorany software engineer anons from washington? I'm in school in california but washington seems like a nice place to live and more affordable. I'm guessing the job market is probably better there too compared to here

>>58430244Economics grad. Internships were a shitshow for me, granted the market was bad at the time. I'm hearing it's easier now but easy is relative. I ended up basically lying on my resume to get a job after school, which I recommend you start doing. The job also turned out to be gay - advertised as actuarial work but only ever did this weird irrelevant database project. Consulting, never againGuys do two internships now in undergrad? WildMy real advice is to cancel your wall street oasis phase and just get a normal job like everyone else. Everyone thinks in college they're gonna get out and work for goldman or whatever, then most of them don't. How strange? Go work for jewish staplers, inc. settling contract disputes. Make that $20k less, work those 20 hours less a week, and just generally stay coolingI'm almost retirement tier from shypto already and once that happened I really stopped giving a goddamn fuck about the ladder
>>58431828its worse now, literally worst job market since 2008, likely worse if you are a white malethey only want colored faggots now
>>58430244>i wanna to law schoooltry to be as friendly as possible there, when I finished paying for college with my retardio, I realized that I could have saved myself a lot of problems if I had just made friends with the people who worked there
