Guys the Halving didn't do anything. Should I just cut my losses and sell for my Dream House? I'm not certain the halving will help and I figure this is still close to ath that it's a good time to buy a nice house that's a good investment too. What do you think?

And you're next to Valley Forge and everything west of you is almost countryside apart from the suburbs scattered around Wayne county. Feels like a "best of both worlds" kind of situation. And obviously Philadelphia is like 30 minutes away, New York is only a few hours away, and DC isn't that far either.The only downsides I have personally with it (why I moved away) is the weather, and something about that area is just lonely for me. The countryside/suburbs around Wayne county feel empty and cold to me, and Philadelphia feels gloomy and empty. But I can see why some people would like it there OP.
