You see, I only started at large interacting with the fandom around 2023, although I was aware of the shows existence as it was ongoing. However, I still feel a deep sense of nostalgia for the show, as if I had been with it through all these years. Even more bizarrely sometimes my sense of time is even longer than the actual time the show itself ran. Whenever I think of the moment when the Cutiemark Crusaders got their Cutiemarks, I feel like a wait of over a decade was finally over. I suspect the reason for my feelings is that I am nostalgic for the general art style that the show followed, and that I probably absorbed quite a lot of pony content simply by using the internet.
