>>2648898I worked for government in the US for 5 years during a slump in my career. It was the most corrupt and dysfunctional work environment I have ever experienced. Now imagine living in a country where 99.9% of the employed population is a government employee. Everything is corrupt and dysfunctional. The grocery store is state owned as well as the housing and even the factories producing the clothes you wear. It would be an absolute nightmare. I look at that image of Pyongyang and I am both fascinated and appaled. Of course, the polar opposite of Pyongyang is Manila. Almost zero socialism where even Japan has moderate socialism.
