His animation doesn't properly follow arcs and looks choppy. I don't mean that cause he's doing anime, it just doesn't follow a proper path of motion. He skips important inbetweens due to being impatient and lots of his inbetweens are evenly placed between each other and the keyframes, which gives a really weird artificial look and is a beginner mistake which he wouldn't have made on professional videos if he actually studied. I think he didn't bother studying beyond lightly reading on the 12 principles. The problem with him as an animation teacher is he's too early in his journey to properly teach because he is still making beginner mistakes. He skipped over animating simple stuff and rushed right to complex subjects.

I just checked it and it seems like a decent compilation of "art fundamentals" by Sakimi. It can't hurt to watch it but I watched her NSFW process videos, not exactly her tutorials. I was looking for her process from start to finish not how a step by step. If you don't want to watch hours of process, you could watch someone else timelapses, SpeedPaints.
Keep in mind that I learned anatomy from multiple books before I started learning from Sakimi and other nsfw artists but I never bothered with Brent Eviston, I did skim his book real quick to see what I'm missing by not reading him and he seems more of a teacher for serious artists.
I have yet to see a single hentai artist that learned from him or any other serious teacher. We're a different breed...

More or less, I learned along the way. You can learn on the job like any other skill, besides you can always watch a quick video to fix stuff.

You don't have to watch the exact same stuff as me. NSFW stuff have niches and subniches so watch (and read) stuff related to them. Your goal is to learn THICC, not loli stuff or kemono(furry) so narrow your focus to that.

You learn fast. There's too many resources out there so like I said, narrow down your learning.

I still do BUT I won't stop drawing for a living simply because my mental health is fucked up. NSFW art work is like one of the few "jobs" that I can do from home.
