This is an idea that has some good ENF potential. An enemy cursing her armor to give it negative defense value. That way she has to voluntarily remove her armor/clothes to raise her defense.

Something as simple as a pit could be used for enf. Imagine 2 girls adventuring, one falls in the pit and they didn't bring a rope. So they decide to tie their clothes into a makeshift rope, but it's just not long enough so they tie their underwear to it and it finally reaches. Both of them now nude, she starts to pull her companion up, the clothes rope tears and her companion falls back into the pit, only tatters of clothes falling in with her. The friend decides to leave to go get help or a rope, leaving her stuck there naked. After some time another adventurer happens to find her stuck naked in a pit and teases her while helping her out.Alternatively, she succeeds in pulling her companion up but now their underwear is so stretched out that it can't even be worn at all, making them go nopan for the rest of the dungeon, and the rest of their clothes is rather loose now too, leading to more wardrobe malfunctions.

I feel like a game like dungeon keeper where the goals of stripping the heroes and progressing the game would be in total alignment would make for an easier game design.Anyway, having the player playing the characters that are getting stripped isn't prohibitive from making a fun game, just more challenging.When I imagine my ideal progression in the most linear/high-level way possible, the difficulty is scaled to the point where as you go from one safe area to the next all the clothing is stripped off by the time you reach it. Where as you survive each battle you progressively lose more and more, making it more difficult. Maybe if the player plays each battle perfectly they only end up stripped 50%-80% to naked, so it's unavoidable that they end up losing some clothes, but a few mistakes and they're naked trying to make it through the battle until they can get to the safe area and repair/resupply.Now that's not really fun if it's designed exactly like that because it becomes predictable, after the 2nd or 3rd time the joy of it will be greatly reduced. This is where I think it really needs some things to make it good, either a lot of variety of custom designed events designed to facilitate fun ENF moments, or things like emergent gameplay and some randomness that results in ENF. Both of which are a lot of work.

Sadly you're forced into another pair of clothes before the final boss and ending cgs, so there's no "naked ending."The reason I took the time to write this all out is because I feel that some sort of combination of all of them would be really good. Like having certain enemy attacks strip the player, maybe piece by piece, instead of all at once. And having some scripted segments, where the heroine is caught off-guard and gets completely stripped by the enemy will help make the nudity a reward for progressing, rather than for deliberately losing.

I don't mean full monster hunter, but something player can be involved with. Places with combat will be pretty unwelcoming and not warehouses with free stuff, like in many RPGs. Dungeon is more fun when it's a bad place where bad things happen, the promise of a reward pushes your forward, and if you fail there is price to pay.
