An introduction would be nice. What is the Fourth Way?
>>
>>37758781
Work done in everyday life on the three centers - the thinking, feeling, and moving.
The other three ways which are typically done in seclusion from society are - the way of the monk (emotional center), the way of the yogi (thinking center), and the way of the fakir (moving center).

Beyond this one practices self observation with the aim of eventual self-remembering.

There are many more core tenants which can be used here and now for spiritual development. It is a very deep teaching which varies from Work on oneself to an entire cosmology which explains our role in the universe.
