Just checked and it turns out Birmingham who played football fir just half a year has twice more(29 mil) insta minions than Thomas Breadingson (14 mil) who played handegg for 30 years.
Ouch. I guess he was the one paying. Also he's leaning in.

>Ukrainian is still seething
You love to see it

handeggg players have very low numbers of followers In general. Probably because it's not popular internationally.
>>
>>140281978

He became a footy fan because of his brazilian ex-wife. With plenty of time to do whatever he wants and who knows how much money, he does the right thing traveling the world to enjoy his celebrity status everywhere
>>
>>140281607
Why would he? He is irrelevant compared to any Real Madrid star let alone the club itself
>>
>>140282843
because he is american? Real Madrid obviously would want to reach that market more.
>>
What’s with the third world mind thinking in instagram followers? I really do not like the pajeet direction the world is headed in
>>
>>140283124
I think they’re gonna hold an NFL game at the new Madrid stadium. I’m sure Real Madrid want the ameribux and the NFL wants eurobux
>>
>>140282058

>>
>>140281607
he's probably doing this as a NFL/Patriots ambassador or was simply invited by Real since they're hosting a handegg game next season and this is good promotion for both sides

Following and supporting the teams over the players (how americans do it) is based.

Following and supporting the players over the team (how literally everybody else does it) is the gayest shit in existence. Look how many followers Messi and Ronaldo have despite both of them having played for 4+ teams each (500 million and 600 million respectively).

The meat riding amongst footy fans is fucking disgusting, and all the reason to kick soccer threads from /sp/ and into their own containement board.

>Messi and Ronaldo have despite both of them having played for 4+ teams each
Messi played for like 2 teams (Miami doesn't count, it's a retirement league ) So the same as Brady

Why dont you stop chimping out like a nog? you're acting worse than the thirdies you hate.

Social media followers is a good indicator of popularity and correlated with how much money they make. Real Madrid make a lot money, in fact they make more money than all NFL team except the Dallas Cowboys who coincidentally have the most social media followers in the NFL. Lakers have the most followers in the NBA and they make the most money in that league too.

Sure, Thirdies arent as rich as americans but they are more willing to spend for their team, a lot of them drop half their monthly wage to buy overpriced club merch. The USA is also full of diaspora thirdies who have purchasing power too. Chicanos pay through the nose to see Mexico NT play. So thirdies can pull their financial weight. Do you think the NFL would hold games in Brazil if it's just a small market?

Also, you're ignoring how a lot of footy fans are firstoids like Yuros and gulf Arabs
>>
could he do it on a cold rainy night at la coruña?
>>
>>140299775
i think the NFL wants people playing their brainrot sport, because the talent pool is getting smaller, they are opening academies in Africa for example.
>>
>>140299922
>the talent pool is getting smaller
Not at all. A lot of soccer, rugby, baseball and other sports players end up in the NFL. The NFL is trying to expand their market to Europe and South America, and make it an international sport like soccer, but instead of UEFA, it's NFL running things. MLB wants the same thing, but they can't seem to get their shit together. NHL wants the same thing, and they'll probably be able to do it as well.
>>
>>140300145
you don't open an academy in Africa because you want the African market, you do it to get players.
>>
>>140300201
Anon, it's a business, they're cheap. Why do you think so many south americans play in Euro footy?
>>
>>140300413
there is a long history of players from all over the world playing in Europe. To a lesser extent it's the same for basketball and baseball. The NFL didn't give a shit about academies in Africa until the brainrot crisis.
