Nearing 2 years HRT yet my body hasn’t changed much. What am I doing wrong? Levels are fine. Do I need to gain weight? My BMI is at 22.1 already

you need to lose weight

how much?

Gaining weight and or losing weight on hrt is the secret to passing. It changes how weight is removed or added to your body, but not passively. If you're 22 bmi rn, gain weight until you're 25 bmi, and then lose again until you're 22 again. Do that twice even.
