Does anyone know if you can you get the screws and plates removed after the bones are healed?

I think they get removed minths-years after the surgery. Its not a very common surgery due to its risk-reward ratio. Heard one incident where the bones never fused and fully healed, and that person couldn’t lift too heavy and have to be a little careful. >t. Shoulderhon
only one i've seen that does a scapula reduction too which without it i've always thought what is the point??
