since I lost so many years by repressing and being a miserable mess I thought I'd just start saying and believing I'm 20 instead of my real age (25) I think I could pull it off since I look very young due to hrt, has anyone done anything similar?

Won't the illusion break everytime you have to fill out any official documentation for anything? Or look at your ID? And then a whole wave of suppressed feelings will come hit you again? Wouldn't it be better to mourn those lost years and let go and admit you can still be happy at 25 or 30 or 35 and so forth?
