Then if you want to go crazy you can try this drug or that drug off label that might change what is affected at the cost of side effects and health risks. This is where the sane among us start pushing back. If somebody is willing to put up with long term side effects to look a certain way for 5 years, yeah the drugs probably aren't the help they need.

With our given level of technology it is much better to be happy with what nature gave you than to try to change things. The changes always come with costs, they aren't always immediate or obvious. But everything DOES come with costs.
