I find it easier to draw for long hours, when I see someone else also drawing instead of wasting their time.Do you guys know of any streamers that show themselves drawing? I'm NOT looking for streams like pic related, where it's just a screencap - I want to see the person behind the canvas as well. Something like Bob Ross, but longer and with more focus on drawing/digital than traditional painting. It would be a dream come true to have a live cam of an mangaka, but I doubt that's gonna happen
many artist streamers are trans so xims have self-conscious on how xirs look and xems perception on looking at xiers even on a small window distract xers.
Pretty sure nanashi has done livestreams doing nagatoro pages
>>7161201considering artists are notoriously introverted and socially retarded you wont find this, and if you do find this then it wont be regularly scheduled.
>>7161201it’s a waste of computer resources to set a cam up over your hand on a tablet and there are plenty of traditional art streams for manga
>>7161222>there are plenty of traditional art streams for mangaany specific that are recommendation worthy?
>>7161236I don’t have a list, I just notice them when they come up on twitch or pixiv.
>>7161201Just look up x artist draws and they prob have a stream drawing at some conventionOr watch vtubers who are artists
>>7161201yeah I do , the underrated goat himself EO58, this man will change your lifehttps://www.youtube.com/live/DWmDOs6ppns?si=3bcBfHggngHVj8TF
>>7161368>this man will change your lifehow so?
>>7161352>x artist drawsWhat does that even mean? Is English your second language?>>7161368His process looks really interesting, so thank you for sharing! But I'm NOT looking for streams where it's just a screencap - I want to see the person behind the canvas as well
>>7161201sabudenego does regular streams for like 6 hour stretches. he doesnt talk or show face but thats asking alot for a nsfw artist plus talking is distracting.
>>7161491>I'm NOT looking for streams where it's just a screencap - I want to see the person behind the canvas as wellif you're actively watching something while you draw you're ngmi
>>7161201weird parasocial ngmi behaviour
>>7161509>actively watchingEh, not really. It's more about having a companion beside me in the background, something to glance at every now and then and to say to myself: "he's not taking a break yet, so I don't need one either, let's keep going".>>7161526>weird parasocial ngmi behaviourIt's an neurodivergent thing. I've recently learned that I have autism and this technique (called "body doubling") is supposedly helpful for people like me so it seemed worth trying out. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ni9biXNDZe0Yeah, it does seem really bizarre, but judging by comments under that video, it may be just what I need.
>>7161570then why does it matter if he only shows his screen
>>7161749Because I want to see HIM actually working, not just his cursor
>>7161789I diagnose you with retardism
>>7161491"x artist", as in, insert artist here.>Is English your second language? Is it yours?
Maybe these would work? It's just their hands in view but you might get something out of it:https://www.youtube.com/@MINJYE/videoshttps://www.youtube.com/@NOMA-/videoshttps://www.youtube.com/@animesijyuku/videos
>>7161908They do work, thank you! :D Especially the first one, since those streams are a bit longer. >>7161829>doesn't know about mirror neurons>calls others retards
>>7162375>mirror neuronsliterally anything but opening and anatomy book at studying huh. This place is hilarious.
>>7162375>can't connect something being drawn to someone drawing them>not retarded
