But generally speaking, a Buddhist will call on powerful bodhisattvas to remove impure spirits, or otherwise chant and inscribe mantras to beings like Vajrapani (cosmic enemy of demons and wicked spirits).Really though, it depends largely on the culture. Buddhism doesn't have a single book that they pick from for exorcism rituals, though arguably, neither do Christians, Jews, or Muslims.
