will this shit help as a preworkout or will it affect my gains?
>>74137661It'll affect your sleep if you get addicted. I always have to cut back to less than 6 a day because i gravitate to about 10 (4mg)and wind up not sleeping more than 4 hours for days.
>vasoconstrictor >preworkout Dumb.No nic a for at least couple hours before lifting.
>>74137680i just started taking. 4mg. felt like throwing up the first time, and didnt like the feeling. I took some today feels alright but nothing crazy. How much should i take per day so i dont get addicted
>>74137695>How much should i take per day so i dont get addictedzero. nicotine is one of the most addictive substances in the world, leave that stupid shit alone
>>74137695None, ideally. But less than 8 mg a day is probably the lowest risk bracket after none.
>>74137712i fell for a normie meme
>>74137661It's bad. Vasocontrictor. Can make you pass out when lifting heavy. You get addicted and need it to sleep. Quit.t. 4 days clean and feeling goodNicotine is such a meme drug. It doesn't even get you high, just addicted. Try nicotine and enjoy feeling bad without nicotine lol. Great deal

>>74137826Op here, yea definetly not the boost i expected, just made me feel weak and dizzy, little to no boost
>>74137891not worth the hype, normie friends made it sound like its life changing
>>74137682>>74137826Nicotine constricts blood vessels, including those in the skin and coronary blood vessels, but dilates blood vessels in skeletal muscle. Vasoconstriction of the skin results in reduced skin blood flow and reduced fingertip skin temperature.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4958544/#:~:text=Nicotine%20constricts%20blood%20vessels%2C%20including%20those%20in%20the%20skin%20and%20coronary%20blood%20vessels%2C%20but%20dilates%20blood%20vessels%20in%20skeletal%20muscle.%20Vasoconstriction%20of%20the%20skin%20results%20in%20reduced%20skin%20blood%20flow%20and%20reduced%20fingertip%20skin%20temperature.
>>74137712Do normies believe this? I have nicotine every now and again and find it easy to go months without it. Caffeine is much more addictive to me.
>>74137661How many fucking cigs do i need to smoke before these make me stop puking
>>74138784>coronary blood vesselsstuff MURDERS my cardio, it is an absolute no-no for an athlete
>>74139505none just stop being a bitch
>>74139274years ago i tried smoking red malboro, did it for about two weeks and then quit cold turkey, didnt have no jitters or other side effects. Quitting Caffeine literally made me feel like vomiting
The only reason anyone consumes Nicotine is to relieve the withdrawal symptoms of Nicotine. Anyone that says they take Nicotine to enhance focus are straight up fibbin'. I also think with the rising popularity of nicotine pouches there are going to be a lot of poor souls that are going to become even more addicted to Nicotine than those that were previously addicted to cigarettes which turned into vaping. The problem with Nicotine pouches is that you can get away with having one in your mouth practically all day with zero downside like going outside or what have you. Before I quit the pouches I even dabbled with 12 mg pouches and that shit felt like my brain was sizzling from that much Nicotine at once. Folk, we're living in trying times with the shit the jews are trying to get us hooked on. Everything we consume is weaponized in terms of how fast you can get hooked to it.
>>74137682so does caffeine. who cares. the best of the best olympic weightlifters smoked cigs between sets. doesn't matter. not saying you should smoke or use zyn, just saying it doesn't matter.
>>74139591a massive amount of olympic athletes smoke and take zyn. i'm too lazy to google the exact statistic but it was waaay bigger than you'd expect.
>>74137661great for cutting, pretty shit for literally anything else
