It consists of Breton pancakes (if I recall this translation right) I made myself with 40g of buckwheat flour, 3 eggs, and 150ml of milk.Then I made some Rita with 150g of cottage cheese, with steamed cauliflower leaves and carrots. I don't know if I must have dinner or not. I am heading to the gym now. Idk if I must do cardio later at night.How good am I doing today? Geniunely asking because I don't know if I am eating enough nor if I am eating healthy enough.
