is there any value in getting a PT to help with form or are they for retards with too much money

Find a guy at your gym that looks big and knows what he's doin and just ask him to check your form and if he's got any tips.
Saves you 100s of $ and you might make a friend to boot!

PTs ARE valuable for coaching though and will help you hit your goals faster and more efficient unless you are self-motivation manifest.
