I've been working out for about a year now. about 4 months in I started going to a gym and doing p/p/l rest repeat without missing a day for about 4 months or so. Then got a new job and go pretty inconsistently, ill probably only get 1 full p/p/l throughout the week. And because of this and with getting better at form, my progress has gotten a lot slower and makes me never want to go. Especially on leg day it makes me want to just quit. So recently I have found a video online (linked below) for a calisthenic leg workout you can do in 20 minutes. What would be the consequences of doing this and still going to the gym for push and pull?

Pick 3 bodyweight exercises and do them back to back for 25 x 3 sets.
Most of this "do x exercise for x seconds" is fucking retarded.
example:
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Bodyweight squats
25 Superman's/Sit-ups
repeat 3 times.
