I got fat. I am getting unfat. What is my body fat percentage?

Damn I was thinking like 33%. I haven't lifted in a while but I was deadlifting 500 like two years ago.

I'm running a 1k deficit that I'm going to up to 1500 soon. I've just been doing calisthenics but it's probably time to get in the gym.

5'10 230lbs.

Don't crash your caloric intake
Take it to 1800 to 1900 max. You can work on lowering it by 100 calories a week if you need to go lower, but do it gradually
Limit your carbs to high fiber carbs
Avoid goyslop and learn to prepare all of your meals
Plateus happen. Don't use this as an excuse to consoom like a simple-minded mongrel.
It took time to put on that weight, it will take time to take it off
Be disciplined and move forward
Up intensity if you feel like you are stagnant

Your body fat percentage is fat. There's nothing more that you need to know, it's not relevant, it won't change anything. You're fat. Stop procrastinating through meaningless stats, eat less and exercise.
