I’m strongly convinced that lifting hard enough as a natural lifter is simple enough, and the driving factor behind successful adaptations is adequate recovery. Without it, you will either lack the strength to push yourself or fail to grow sufficiently (at least beyond your noob gains). Let’s share whatever practices we use to aid the process, no matter how obvious they might seem:
>a hearty spoon of glycine before going to bed to improve sleep quality (gives you them crazy dreams)
>not lifting more than twice a week
>warm bath on every day off to let the blood run easier to every joint and tendon
>never sacrificing sleep time over any bullshit
