Are there programs designed specifically for office workers?
>>
>>74129999
Only ones that are simply a grift for idiots.

nice digits btw. pretty jealous ngl
>>

Checked, why can't office workers do a normal routine? They don't do anything but sit on their ass for 8 hours, they shouldn't be too tired to workout like tradeslaves.
>>

Obviously, they can but there are programs designed specifically for increasing performance of athletes, military, first responders, even blue collar workers. I don’t see why there can’t be a program that’s all about optimizing the performance and longevity of white collar workers.

>performance of office white collar workers
Performance of what? Increasing mouse wheel scroll speed or getting you to 4pl8 stapler lifts?
>>
>>74129999
Why are they wearing xoomer wide pants?

yes

Focus and energy, for example
Preventing injuries from sitting
>>
>>74132066
you prevent "injuries from sitting" just like you would prevent any other injuries i.e. lifting heavy to strengthen your joints.

you improve your focus and energy by doing stimulants

I’m hilariously jacked for my office setting, but the fitness programs most white collars do, if they do one, is very heavily cardio based, alongside biking or tennis.

SL+GOMAD
>>
>>74132112
That’s bullshit though. If you have to sit all day, lifting heavy does basically nothing. In fact, you’re just more likely to injure yourself.
>>
>>74132638
I bet you don't lift
