Is it 1/2/3/4 or 2/3/4/5. Singles or reps? At what point can you stop being dyel and claim being strong?
>>74128471Being happy
>>74128474Not happening. I was born miserable. Best I can do is 1/2/3/4 for reps.
>>74128471It's agreed upon that when you can OHP 0.75 BW, Bench BW, squats 1.5x BW and deadlift 2xBW you are strong. Even stronger if it's for reps
>>74129268Deadlifting should be swapped out for 12 pull-ups or something to filter powershitters
>>74128471Id say around 2/3/4/5 for single. Its definitely not holy grail either. 1/2/3/4 for single is absurd dyel territory like literally you guys do not fucking lift if you unironically hold it in any regard. It is LITERALLY achievable in 6 months regardless of starting point.
>>74128471doesnt matter, (You) will never be able to either
>>74129268Is this also true for manlets
>>74128471if you're fat then 1/2/3/4 means nothing
>>74128471What's his routine?
It's depends on your point of reference. 1/2/3/4 makes you stronger than almost everyone but in the context of lifters it's just a decent baseline. It really depends on what you want to accomplish. Most of what we do is excess, someone who does nothing but pullups will probably be stronger and better looking than most people.

>>74129268It should be .75/1.25/1.75/2.25, thats 1/2/3/4 for a 80kg guy.
>>74128471The true 1/2/3/4. >1 pl8 barbell curl>2 pl8 pullups>3 pl8 bench>4 pl8 dipsFor reps of course. That's how you know you've made it
