How do you develop these powerful even quads without going chicken wing mode with the outer quad being 90% of your leg?

Just depends on your muscle structure. The separation is visible for me and I'm dyel as fuck

Sissy squats and actually not skipping leg day

Big calves will make them look less like chicken drumsticks
>>
>>74127537
Do squats and be lean

Run

Highlighted are your vastus medialis muscles. Do leg extensions for isolation.

No it’s the quad
>>
Be a postman and walk 15 miles a day up n down hills like me.
>>
Leg extension with feet rotated outwards. Sumo squats.
There's no way to isolate the "tear drop" but you can change the focus.

Hack squat with feet pointed outwards will put more focus on the tear drop. Mine looked huge in high school when I ran a lot also, to the point where someone asked me why I had two knees when sitting down. So maybe cardio. Idk, don't skip leg day.
